Police have arrested Mohan Rai (40), former District Secretary of the Banned CPN and resident of Temkemaiyung rural municipality-8 on 6 July 2020.
He accused has been arrested for his involvement in making explosives, informed inspector Pradip Lama to INSEC’s representative.
Health checkup of Rai was conducted on 6 July at District hospital.
