Police have arrested Madan KC (40) of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan- 19 on 18 June 2020 in accusation of being the district member of the banned Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov).
The accused was arrested from Ghorahi sub-metropolitan-10 Narayanpur and investigation has started, informed DSP Sumit Khadka to INSEC’s representative in a phone conversation. According to the police he was involved in burning five excavators in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan-1 and Gadhawa rural municipality.
A health checkup of the victim was conducted on 18 June at Rapti Health Science Academy.
