Police have arrested Hem Raj KC (24) of Dangisharan rural municipality-5 on 10 June 2020 in accusation of attempting to rape a 45-year-old woman.
The accused had tried to rape the victim on 8 June while she was returning back from a shop at night. The complaint was filed on 9 June at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur. The accused has been arrested according to the complaint about the further investigation, informed Inspector Chakra Dambar Pal.
Health checkup of the victim as conducted on 9 June at the Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur.
