Police have arrested Rohit Thapa (29) of Devchuli Municipality-9 on 15 May 2020 in accusation of raping an 8-year-old.
The victim was raped in 13 May 2020 and the complaint was filed on 14 May at the District Police Office of Nawalaparsai (Susta East). The accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was filed, informed DSP Tika Ram Pokharel.
Health Checkup of the victim was conducted on 14 May 2020 at Chitwan District Hospital.
