With reference of INSEC Kavre, National Youth Organization’s central member Bhesh Raj Shah provided medicines to District Prison of Kavre on 30 March 2020.
The distributed medicines were: Ojil –five boxes, Jots 100- two boxes, Clonaz- one box, Vulparen, Tread 25- two boxes, Detol Soap- 24 pieces, Gloves- 30 pairs, Sanitizers- 25 pieces, Decold- 100 files and Sinex 50 files.
After seeing the news of crisis of Medicines in Dhulikhel Prison, published in inseconline, a feeling of empathy came up, said Shah. After reading the news, Shah coordinated with the INSEC’s Kavre District’s Representative and managed necessary medicines. In coming days too, I am willing to provide medicines and health equipment, added Shah.
In the distribution program, Dr. Narendra Kumar Jha; Chief Doctor of the Department of Health Services also participated. He thanked INSEC Kavre for reference because of which even in such crucial time, they were able to provide medicine to the inmates of the prison. He said, the Department of Health Services will also provide help to the prison.
Jailer Junga Bahadur Rai also thanked INSEC and young entrepreneurs for the help and reference. Since this is a rehabilitation center, every inmate residing there is heading towards positive path and their help is worth appreciation, he added.
