Police has arrested Bauwa Nanda Yadav (22) of Dakneswori Municipality-2 in accusation of abduction and rape on a 12-year-old on 18 March 2020.
The victim’s uncle filed complaint against Bauwa Nanda, his father Ram Ashish Yadav (65) and his friends Santosh Kumar Thakur Hajam (23) and Santosh Kumar Yadav (26) on 14 March 2020.
The victim was abducted- taken to Delhi, India and raped. She was brought back to Nepal and raped several times, complaint her uncle.
The other accused haven’t been arrested till now and investigation is ongoing. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at the Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital on 14 March.
