Police has arrested Santosh Karki (35) of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan- 6 Panbari on 8 March 2020 on accusation of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on 4 March and the complaint was made on 8 March at the Panbari Police Station after which he was arrested, informed DSP Dhundiraj Neupane of Area Police Office, Dharan.
A case of rape was filed against the accused on 9 March. Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 9 March at the BP Koirala Helath Science Academy, Ghopa.
