Court has declared five years’ imprisonment to a 13-year-old boy for raping a 13-year-old girl. The bench of Justice Radha Krishna Uprety declared the sentence on 5 March 2020.
The victim was raped on 28 January 2019 and complaint was filed on 29 January 2019 at the District Police Office. The accused was arrested on 30 January 2019 and a case of rape was filed against him at the District Court.
Health checkup of the patient was conducted on 30 January 2019 at the District Hospital.
