Complaint was filed against Hari Prasad Pandey (40) of Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan City- 12 on 4 March 2020 accusing him of rape on a 33-year-old.
The victim had complained of being raped several times by Pandey from 29 April 2019, informed DSP Chakra Dambar Pal. He said search of the accused is ongoing. Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 4 March at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur.
