Police has arrested Anil Pasi (38) of Devdhaha Municipality-11 on 29 February 2020 on accusation of raping a 14-year-old. The victim was raped on 28 February 2020 and complaint was filed on 29 February at the District Police Office, informed DSP Khadak Bahadur Khatri.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 29 February at Bhim Hospital Bhairahawa, informed Police.
