Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) led prohitbited Communist Party of Nepal’s District In-charge Bal Krishna Sharma (39) of Salyan District’s Kamukh Rural Municipality -3 and Pradip Bahadur Oli of Dang District’s Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan- 8 were re-arrested by police on 4 February.
After the judiciary bench of the High Court Tulsipur, Butwal had released them on 4 February; they were re-arrested from the gate of the court. Dilli Bahadur Oli, brother of Pradip had filed a habeas corpus writ on 25 January after which they were released by the bench of Justice Keshab Raj Joshi and Narayan Prakash Pokharel.
They were arrested on 17 October 2019 from Dang for conducting crime against the state and later were released on bail of Rs 15 thousand. They were released on 21 January but were again arrested.
