A complaint has been filed at the Area Police Office, Butwal against Ram Nath Mallaha, 50, of Sudhodhan Rural Municipality-1 Chankhipur on 7 January for the charge of rape on a 50-years-old woman.
The victim had hearing problem. She was raped by him on 5 January and the complaint was filed against him by her son. Investigation is ongoing after the complaint was filed, said DSP Bhim Lal Bhattarai.
Her health checkup was conducted day at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital on 7 January.
