Police have arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) led CPN’s members Rana Bahadur wali,48 of Babai Rural Municipality-2 and Dalit Mukti Morcha’s District Deputy Chief, Thakur Prasad BK ,26 of Tulsipur Sub Metopolitan city-5 on 19 November .
DSP Binod Bikram Shah of District Police office said they are under investigation for their involvement on suspicious activities.
