The victim’s family alleged that Rasid Ansari, 8, of Bhokraha Narshing Rural Municipality-4 was injured by beating by his teacher.
Rustam Ansari, uncle of injured boy said teacher Asika Yadav of Model public school beat him for not completing his homework on 3 September.
Principal of school Firoz Miya said the boy was not beaten at the school but he got injured after his mother beat him at their home.
Uncle Rutsam also added boy Rasid’s treatment was conducted at local clinic after seeing bruises on his legs.
Principal Miya added compromise with parents has been done on 4 September for not to file any complaints.
