A complaint against 20 years old Dev Kumar Yadav of Lahan Municipality-24 has been lodged at Area Police Office of Lahan by the victim’s party of 17 years old girl on charge of rape.
The victim was raped by an accused on May 28 according to the victim’s party. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Siraha on a same day the complaint was made.
