INSEC is ready on supporting victims for  justice : Executive Director Gautam

Executive Director Bijay Raj Gautam of Informal Sector Service Center(INSEC) said that the organization is always ready on supporting for the justice to the victim. While speaking in the discussion program with the staffs from CIEDP Gautam said that the organization is working for the justice to the victim for a long time and it is always ready for their justice.

 A team from CIEDP led by the Joint secretary Ishwori Prasad Dhakal visited INSEC and gathered information about the INSEC initiation on providing justice to the people that were disappeared during a decade long armed conflict. The team gathered the information regarding the documentation of INSEC.

In a meeting program director Bijaya Raj Gautam said that INSEC is documenting the incidents of human rights violation and abuse from 1992 and these incudes the incidents of grave human rights violation during the armed conflict.

INSEC province three coordinator Krishna Gautam said that in every district INSEC has a district representatives and based on their credible information “Victim’s profile “ has been published by INSEC.

He added that the pain for the family of disappeared people is different and commission must initiate for their justice as soon as possible.

Similarly, Madan Paudel, manager at Documentation and DIssimination department of INSEC said that a separate documentation is done for the people who were enforcedly disappeared during the conflict.

Joint secretary Dhakal of CIDEP said that documentation provided by INSEC can be the evidence for the justice to the victim and it will support the investigation conducted by the commission.
