The District Court of Dang has ordered to sentence 23 years old Ram Lal B.K of Ghorahi Sub-metropolis for 15 years after finding him guilty n raping 13 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Hemanta Rawal had given the verdict regarding the case. The court has also ordered for the compensation of Rs 100,000 from the convict to the victim.
The victim was raped by an accused on November 8 while the victim was on the way to see fair on the village. He was arrested by the police on November 9. On a same day the victim underwent health checkup at Rapti institute of Health and science.
