The victim’s family of leader Jaya Prakash Roka “Pratap” and Amit Gharti of “Biplov” complained that they were threatened by the police on the night of April 18 by entering into their house.
A team led by DSP Deepak Khadka entered into the house of victim and threatened to shot dead Jaya Prakash according to the victim’s wife Sharam Roka.
“On the night they knocked the door and threatened for life”, said the victim’s family. The victim’s family did not lodge complaint at police however NHRC is informed about the incident according to the victim’s wife Roka. DSP Khadka however denied the allegation.
