Police have arrested 14 years old boy on April 4 on charge of sexual abuse on three years old girl. The victim was abused by the accused while she was playing alone on April 4. He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to DSP Dakchya Kumar Basnet of DPO. She underwent health checkup at Seto Zonal Hospital, Dhangadhi on April 4.
