The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has drawn its attention regarding the situation of victims followed by the devastating strong wind in Bara and Parsa killing 27 people with injuries of more than 600 people.
The commission has released a press statement on April 1 and expressed its deep sorrow on a loss of so many lives on March 31st.
The statement said that the commission is monitoring the situation of the incident and confirmed the death of 27 people till now.
The commission said that the hospital is filled with injured people and there are crisis of blood, medicine and doctors.
Commission said that immediate rescue and relief is must in many parts of the village along with the immediate relocation of the victims being homeless after the devastation.
The commission has drawn the attention of the government for the immediate rescue, relief and free-treatment to the victims.
