Police have arrested 30 years old Rup Devkar, cadre of Biplov led Nepal Communist Party on March 25 from Godavari Municipality-5.
Tea, of police from Area Police Office , Malakheti and District Police Office have arrested him while he was in his brother’s house at Godavari-5.
The victim’s brother Puran Debkar however denied his involvement in Biplov led activities and demanded for his release.
The cadre has been taken into custody for investigation according to DSP Dakchya Kumar Basnet of DPO Kailali.
