Police have arrested 50 years old Bhim Pathak of Sandakpur Rural Municipality-3 on March 16 on charge of raping 12 years old girl.
The complaint against the accused was lodged at police on March 16 on charge of rape on March 14.
The victim underwent health checkup at Ilam Hospital on March 15.
