Police arrested Santosh Gharti of Ghorahi Sub-metropolis-19 on charge of raping 14 years old girl.
The victim was lured for marriage by the accused and raped her after taking her in a rented room.
The victim underwent health checkup at Rapti institute of Health and Science on March 8. The accused was arrested by the police on March 17 and investigation has been started according to SP Bel Bahadur Pandey of DPO.
