Police have arrested 52 years old Biru Kami of Kailari Rural Municipality-7 on January 8 after 22 years on charge of raping 24 years old woman.
The District Court of Kailali had found him guilty on rape and ordered to sentence him for 2 years and five months in 1997 March 4. Immediately after the court order, the convict was at large according to SP Abhushan Timilsina of District Police Office. The convict has been sent to the District prison for a jail term according to police.
