Police have arrested 16 years old boy on December 17 on charge of raping 88 years old elderly woman.
The victim lodged complaint at police office on a same day and the accused was arrested by the police according to inspector Rabindra Khadka.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Tamghas on December 17 according to police.
