Police have arrested 54 years old ward secretary Tika Ram Acharya of Tilottama Municipality-4, his wife Kamala Acharya, 48 and 23 years old daughter Pratigya Acharya on November 12 on charge of misbehaving 52 years old two women alleging them of being witch.
The victim had lodged complaint at District Police Office on November 12 against the accused on charge of misbehaving her on a witchcraft allegation according to DSP Dil Bahadur Malla.
The victim was misbehaved alleging her of making Kamala and her daughter Pratigya ill with black magic spell.
