Police have arrested 65 years old Kheban Shah of Manarasisawa Muicipality-6 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The girl was raped by an accused on November 3 according to the District Police Office.
According to the inspector Bigyan Basnet of DPO, the victim’s family had lodged complaint at police on November 4 and he was arrested on a same day. The victim underwent health checkup at Jaleshwor hospital on November 4.
