The District Court of Udayapur has ordered to sentence three boys of age 10,11 and 13 for 15 days after finding them guilty on sexually abusing 10 years old girl. All three boys were remanded in the responsibility of their parents.
A single bench of District Court judge Tejendra Prasad Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case on October 27.
The court sentenced them for only 15 days because of being under age. The accused had sexually abused a girl while returning back from the school on June 15 and complaint against them was lodged at Area Police Office of Chandraut on July 5.
On a same day, the victim underwent health checkup at Katari Hospital. Police had arrested them on July 7 and court ordered to remand them handing over to their parents on July 24.
