Police have arrested 36 years old Dev Bahadur Sarki of Isma Rural Municipality-3 on October 17 on charge of raping 20 years old mentally ill woman.
The accused had lured the victim with money on October 16 and raped her in an isolated house according to SP Deepak KumarBasnet of DPO.
He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s acquaintances and the incident is under the investigation according to Basnet. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on October 17.
