The provincial government of 2 has issued a police act on October 13 prior to the police act issued by the federal government. The provincial meeting held on October 13 had issued the act according to Parliamentarian secretariat.
The act was unanimously issued by the member of provincial parliament however the Mps of Nepal Communist Party had shown dissatisfaction of the act. They said that it is principal norms that police act was needed however no discussion were made on the act before issuing it.
The act was agreed for the issuance by Nepali Congress, RaJaPa and MPs of federal Socialist Forum Nepal. The act was issued by majority.
