Police have arrested 65 years old elderly man Chet Narayan Chaudhary of Agnisair Krishnasarwan Rural Municipality-5 on September 20 and registered the complaint against him on charge of raping 25 years old woman.
The victim’s parents had lodged complaint against the accused ta District Police Office of Saptari on September 18 on charge of rape on September 11.
The victim underwent health examination on September 18 at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on a same day. The accused however is denying the allegation.
