The locals of upper Dolpa are not getting rice from the last financial year due to the disruption of road operation.
The Food Corporation had allocated 4,500 quintals of rice for Upper Dolpa in previous financial year however there are lack of food in Dolpo Buddha, Sephoksundo and Charka Tangsong Rural Municipality.
Local Pemba Gyalzen of Dolpa Buddha Rural Municipality said that Alice Himal Construction Service had taken the contract to transport food in Upper Dolpa however by showing various difficulties, it is delaying the supply of food.
