Police have arrested Mahesh Bhatta of Dashrathchand Municipality-1 on July 15 on charge of raping 20 years old woman.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office against the accused on July 11 on charge of rape on July 7 according to Netra Mani Giri of DPO. The victim underwent health checkup at District Police Office of Baitadi on July 10.
