The District Court of Parbat has ordered to sentence 26 years old Anil BK of Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality-5 for eight years along with Rs 25,000 compensation after finding him guilty on raping 15 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Dhruba Prasad Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case. A complaint against the accused was lodged at Police office on July 1 on charge of rape on a same day.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Kushma on July 2.
