Police have arrested 66 years old Dutch national Peter Hen Van Terbisga from the hotel in Satghumti on June 15 on charge of sexual abuse on a child.
Police DSP Buddhi Raj Gurung said that he is taken into control for the investigation. CIB has found that he is being involved in a child sex luring them for support.
Police have also rescued one boy from the hotel that he was living. He will be charged under the rape if found guilty.
