Complaint against Nepali congress candidate Rajendra Bajgain , a candidate of provincial assembly for constituency number 1 and proportionate candidate Hari Bahadur Ghale has been lodged at office of the chief election officer by CPN UML and Maoist center on charge of violating election CoC by using chopper.
On November 12, both the candidate has used chopper for disseminating election in various part of Gorkha.
On November 12, the election commission had permitted to use helicopter in the name of Sashanka Koirala. However, candidate was prohibited to use chopper and complaint was lodged because it was used by candidate for election dissemination. The complaint has been forwarded to election commission according to chief election officer Basanta Raj Paudel.
