A complaint has been lodged against Dibyani Manglak alias Deepa,26 of Tumbewa Rural Municipality-3 at District Police Office on October 25 on charge of beating 45 years old woman alleging her of being witch.
The victims said that the complaint was lodged by the victim for legal remedies after she was misbehaved and beaten by the accused alleging of being witch. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on October 24.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party, the accused was arrested by the police for investigation according to SI Bishnu Khadka of DPO.
