The election commission said that the votes of those party not handing over the list will be void during the provincial and federal election. The commission’s spokesperson Nawa Raj Dhakal said that only the list of 55 parties out of 88 has been handed over for the proportional representation purpose and remaining 33 party’s votes will be void in the election. The votes received will not be counted as for proportional representation system. Only those party handing over the list will be allowed for the PR system according to the spokesperson Dhakal.
