Election commission’s member Sudhir Kumar Shah during a program in Siraha said that election is the base of republic.
He put his view during the training program to youth of political parties and code of conduct monitoring in Siraha and Saptari under province number 2. Shah is also the coordinator of high level election code of conduct monitoring committee.
He said that the base of republic will be laid after the commencement of local level , House of Representative and Provincial election.
He added that commission is completely engaged in management of election and stressed on coordination between state and commission. He also said that violator of code of conduct will be brought under the legal boundary.
