A complaint against 50 years old Sete Tamang of Balephi Village Council-3 was lodged at District Police Office on August 18 on charge of raping 65 years old elderly woman.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at police in support of INSEC on charge of rape on July 31.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Chautara on August 18.
INSEC had initiated on lodging complaint against the accused after the victim pledged INSEC for support. The accused however is at large according to the police.
