Police have arrested 46 years old Man Bahadur Khapangi of Athrai Village Council-4 on July 3 on charge of raping three years old girl.
The victim’s parents had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on July 1 against the accused.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family, the accused was arrested by the police according to Inspector Ram Dhakal. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on June 3.
