Police have arrested 37 years old UML cadre Subash Acharya, 34 years old Bhim Rai, and 33 years old Shiva Khatiwada on June 30 on charge of attacking the victory rally of Nepali Congress Party by pelting beer bottles and cans.
Accused Rai and Acgarya was arrested from the incident site where as Khatiwada was arrested while he was hiding in another place according to DSP Nabin Kishore Pradhan.
