The chief election officer and district justice of Palpa, Bharat Mani Khanal has urged the watch group to do a fair observation during the election.
He said that the observation must be free, fair and without bias while speaking at the interaction program on May 17 organized by Human Rights Watch Committee of Palpa. He added that the preparation of second phase of election is continuing in Palpa.
He added that from may 19 onwards, the voter’s education program will accelerates.
He also said that the monitoring of election Code of Conduct will be strictly watched and investigation will immediately start if someone found to be breaching the election code of conduct.
