Police have arrested 33 years old Karam Basin of Sammarimai Village council-5 on May 15 on charge of polygamy.
The victim Kaira Khatun had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on a same day against the accused for polygamy.
He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim according to Inspector Purushottam Rawat of Area Police Office. The other accused is absconding according to the police.
