Police have arrested 22 years old Kamal B.K of Musikot Municipality-11 on March 13 on charge of marrying 13 years old girl.
The victim’s parents had lodged complaint at DPO of Rukum against the accused for marrying a girl on March 4 and based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family, the accused was arreted by the police. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Salle.
The District Police Office said that the complaint has been registered under child marriage and rape.
