Two storied mud house with zinc roof. It looks in dilapidated condition. There are torn and old clothes hanging in a corridor in messy condition. There is one 11 years old boy playing with a dog and his parents are just resting near the open space in a house. Neither his parents talks with him nor does he give importance to his parents. This scene is of Dhawakhola village in Bagnaskali Village council-8 which is seven kilo meters away from the district headquarters of Tansen.

This 11 years old boy, Top Raj Bashyal has become orphan despite of having his parents because both of them are mentally ill. He does not go to the school and he does not even have a mentality of going to the school. He is spending his life by begging with others. Sita Basyal, coordinator of Ward Civil Forum said that he is mentally stable however there is no one to guide him and he spends most of the time roaming around with his parents. She added that gradually he is becoming like his parents as he is spending most of the time with them.
According to Bashyal, his father Laxman and mother Nirmala Bashyal suddenly became patient of psycho-social disability after his grand-mother passed away eight years ago. At present both of them are surviving by begging with others. They have land but it is infertile as no one is there to look after. Sita Bashyal said that they have not cooked food in their house for a long time.

Local Daya Raj Neupane said that the boy cannot be separated from his parents. He added that it would be great if someone could provide medicine and support to the boy for education. They do not use toilet and do not know about hygiene. The Chief District Officer Babu ram Gautam said that it is possible to give shelter to the boy in local Child rehabilitation centre.
