The District Court has ordered to sentence Pulkit Ishar alias Deepen, 20 of Katiya VDC-8 for three years on charge of molesting 13 years old girl.
A single bench of District court judge Shankar Bahadur Rai has given a verdict regarding the case.
The victim was molested by the accused on February 20 and the victim’s family had lodged a complaint against him at police on February 28.
The District Police Office had registered complaint against him at District Court on February 28 however, the accused is at large.
