The Reconstruction Authority of Nepal has directed the District Administration Office of Okhaldhunga ,by circulating a letter, to distribute the grant amount to the victims of four remote VDCs.
The grant amount has been distributed in one municipality and 46 VDCs after bank denied distributing it in the village. The amount will be distributed in Gamnatar, Pokali, Tarkerabari and Ragani VDCs according to CDO Ek Dev Adhikari.
The Reconstruction Authority has decided to distribute the grant amount with in these villages through camp after the parliamentarians had pressurized and demanded the government to manage the distribution in the village.
