A complaint against Hem Bahadur Gharti,21 of Devsthan-7, Jagat bahadur Gharti, 27 and Cham Bahadur Kunwar,32 was registered at District Police Office on November 4 on charge of raping 13 and 14 years old girls.
Based on a verbal complaint lodged by the victim’s parents at DPO, all three accused were arrested by the police on November 2 according to SP Chakra Bahadur Singh.
Duo victims underwent a health checkup at Dhaulagiri zonal hospital on November 4.
