Police have arrested Bipin Gurung, 25 of Pokhara sub-metropolis on September 27 on charge of raping a 27 years old American woman. The accused had raped her on September 10.
The victim had lodged a complaint at DPO on September 22. Based on the complaint lodged by the victim, he was arrested by the police for further investigation according to SP Ganesh Bahadur Bom.
